Thank you, AMA Triangle

Today marks my final day as AMA Triangle President—what. a. year!

I was not perfect over these last 365 days, but I tried to lead with kindness, humility, care, and trust. I learned many lessons along the way + maybe one day soon I'll share them, but for now I'm going to cheers with a delicious glass of champagne and take a break (and vacation).

Last night was one of the highlights of my Presidency: We celebrated as a community and raised a glass to another successful chapter year. I'm honored to pass the torch to Hank Hoffmeier + support his vision for our community.

To our volunteer team: thank you. I am so humbled by your dedication to our chapter + marketers in the triangle. I'm so proud of how we worked together to make the most out of an uncertain environment.

To my friends, family + colleagues who supported me this year: I love you. You've had my back, listened, guided me, made me laugh through tears, and celebrated the wins with me.

I'm not sure what's next other than serving as Immediate Past President and writing an annual report (hello, CEA!) but I'm excited for what's to come. I'll leave you with the wise words of the fictional President Jed Bartlett, "What's next?"
